Let me take you to a moment I will never forget — when stress nearly crippled me. I was sitting at my desk, staring blankly at my screen. My heart raced, my heart trembled and my mind kept repeating, I can’t do this.

I was totally in anxiety, and it felt like an impossible challenge.

That was the day I learned what stress is. “It is an invisible enemy that doesn’t knock. It just storms in.”

But the thing is, I didn’t stay defeated. I conquered it. Now, I want to share with you how you can also conquer it.

Step1. Acknowledge it. Don't deny it.

Firstly, you have to admit that you are stressed and don’t take it as a sign of weakness. Stress is universal. It doesn't mean you are not capable; it means you are a real human.

The moment I admitted I was overwhelmed, things began to change. We too often ignore the warning signs until we are completely burned out.

That morning, instead of burying my pressure under the pile of tasks, I paused and asked myself, Why am I stressed?
